Today, we’re going to recap 2022 and present the 2023 CBK roadmap.
2022 Recap
In 2022, Cobak made efforts to introduce Layer 2, DeFi staking, launch IDO platform, and upgrade services to expand the CBK ecosystem.
● Introduction of Layer 2 and expansion of partnerships to overcome Ethereum network constraints
● Expansion of trading support exchanges to improve transaction convenience
● Launching a DeFi staking event using Cobak wallet

Introduction of Layer 2 and expansion of partnerships to overcome Ethereum network constraints
To supplement for the shortcomings of the Ethereum network, the polygon network was introduced at Layer 2, laying the foundation for rapid expansion of the CBK ecosystem and various functions and services through fast transaction processing and low fees. In addition, we have formed a business partnership with Polygon Studio to activate CBK Layer 2, and have registered Cobak in Marketing for Polygon Network Support and Cobak App in Polygon Ecosystem DApp.

Expansion of trading support exchanges to improve transaction convenience
Since the introduction of the polygon network as CBK Layer 2, we have been trying to support the polygon network CBK on the exchange for the convenience of Layer 2 holders. As a result, in the fourth quarter, CBK support for the polygon network on the Gate.io exchange was added and CBK listed on the LBank exchange.

Launching a DeFi staking event using Cobak wallet
We held a weekly reward event for about three months to repay CBK holders and invigorate Cobak community. Through this, we have laid the foundation for ways to provide staking benefits to more people.
Launching of ‘Cobak Global IDO Platform’ for decentralized digital asset exchange
Cobak has launched a decentralized platform that can exchange digital assets held by users with digital assets of the project. In addition, CBK staking has improved the utilization of CBK, and governance has been introduced so that holders can directly participate in policy making.

Securing specialized economic/blockchain content and strengthening News services
Cobak has formed a content partnership with Korean leading media “Yonhap News” and Korean first blockchain media “Blockstreet” to deliver economic/blockchain news quickly and in depth, and to provide an overall story of the global financial market through content collaboration with UK “Financial Juice”, US “CoinDesk”, and “PR Newswire”. We also developed news subscription services to provide customized news services, breaking news and overseas economic headline services for rapid information delivery, and increased convenience by simultaneously supporting English and Korean services for foreign media.
Diversifying user-participating events and strengthen influencer systems to invigorate Cobak community
Cobak will hold more than 30 events in 2022 to invigorate the community and strengthen influencers.

2023 Roadmap
In 2023, Cobak will focus on evolving the W2E (Write to Earn) model reflecting blockchain-based trends and developing user-centered profit models, expanding the user participation-oriented ecosystem by building a better user environment and reorganizing the compensation system.

Securing new growth engines through W2E services
Through the construction of the W2E model in 2023, Cobak will utilize digital assets to provide a system for all community users to write quality writings within the W2E ecosystem, and create a virtuous cycle ecosystem in which users are rewarded. In addition, W2E meetings will be held twice a year so that Cobak users can directly participate in the production of W2E models and invigoration of the ecosystem.
Introduction and expansion of creator/premium membership services
Cobak will introduce and continue to develop premium membership services that provide additional benefits to events and community activities through the possession of Cobak NFT and creator membership services that provide additional benefits as useful content providers for W2E models.
Earn model extension
We plan to create a transparent reward system for all activities within Cobak, including community activities, and express all ways to “earn” CBK through Cobak activities on one page. In addition, we will create a new value of the CBK ecosystem based on the data generated by users.
Advancement of services to invigorate ecosystems
Through upgrading where CBK is used such as DeFi staking, governance, and shopping malls, we will further increase the utilization and convenience of CBK, expand the CBK ecosystem, improve the value of the community, and upgrade our services with community participants and holders.
