I. Cobak Service Enhancements and New Content Delivery (Achieved)
[Web Updates and New App Launch]
Over the past few years, Cobak’s user experience varied significantly across different devices and operating systems. For example, while wallet integration and transaction features were available in the app, the web interface did not offer the same functionality, and the design of the interfaces also differed. To resolve this inconsistency, Cobak has successfully improved the platform by introducing Web3 features — such as wallet integration and transaction functionalities — on the web as well. Now, users can enjoy the same features and a consistent user interface across both web and mobile, marking a significant step towards Cobak’s full adoption of Web3.
Additionally, Cobak has historically been limited as a service primarily focused on South Korea. Even after the global launch, key services like Cobak Live were restricted to certain operating systems, making it difficult for overseas users to participate. To address this, we have enabled Cobak Live and the Missions feature on the web, allowing users from around the world to participate in events seamlessly, regardless of their device. This crucial update accelerates Cobak’s growth as a global community.
Moreover, Cobak has overcome the limitations of its native app by launching a new hybrid app (Hybrid APP), ensuring real-time updates and improved stability. The transition to Web3 highlighted some of the limitations of the native app, and to overcome these challenges, we introduced this hybrid app, significantly improving the platform’s performance and stability. Now, users can enjoy the same interface and experience across both web and app environments. This large-scale upgrade serves as an essential foundation, enabling users to interact with the Cobak ecosystem more efficiently and intuitively.

[Launch of Crypto Journalist Cohort 2]
Cobak has stepped beyond being a simple aggregator of investment information by launching the second cohort of the Crypto Journalists program. Through this initiative, Cobak produces its own high-quality content, providing users with trustworthy investment information directly from the platform.
The content produced by the Crypto Journalists has received high praise from the Cobak community and across social media platforms, leading to significant engagement from users. Since the launch of this content on social media, Cobak has recorded a reach of up to 120K impressions per week, driving significant growth throughout Q3.
Cobak is not just a platform but is evolving into a content creator, delivering reliable and accurate investment information. Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen our content creation efforts to provide even more valuable information to our users.
[Driving Community Growth]
To enhance the quality of our community, Cobak has implemented various service improvements. In the past, some users engaged in repetitive actions solely to earn rewards, which negatively impacted the community’s health. To address this, we’ve introduced systems that spotlight valuable investment information and insightful comments, ensuring that quality content is recognized and rewarded.
Cobak’s independent community, ‘Topic’, allows users to manage decentralized spaces autonomously. Topic acts as a bridge between Cobak’s community and Web3, and will soon be integrated with DAO and staking features, allowing for a self-sustaining and rewarding community experience. Through this, users will gain more autonomy in managing their spaces, along with more opportunities for rewards.
Additionally, we introduced the ‘Cobak Hot Pick’ system, where outstanding posts are selected, promoted on social media, and rewarded. This system provides users with greater visibility and opportunities for recognition. Cobak Hot Pick encourages users to create high-quality content and plays an essential role in fostering the growth of a high-quality community.
Lastly, we’ve implemented a ‘Best Comment’ system that highlights meaningful comments, creating a more constructive and engaging comment culture. This system contributes to a deeper, more meaningful level of communication within the community.

By introducing these new initiatives, Cobak is prepared for the full integration of Web3 into its community. In the near future, we plan to roll out additional features such as badges and bounty systems, further connecting our users to the Web3 ecosystem.
II. Staking Program Launch (Ongoing)
The launch of Cobak’s Staking Program was initially planned for Q3, but with the extensive development and updates recently introduced, we’ve decided to shift the launch to Q4 to ensure the highest quality service. We are currently finalizing the development of the staking program and will be ready to present it to you soon.
As one of Cobak’s core Web3 features, the staking program is being developed to enhance the overall user experience within the Cobak ecosystem. We kindly ask for your continued interest, and you can stay informed of the progress through the Q3 roadmap updates.
